GRADING AND TEAM PLAYER PLACEMENT PROCESS
The following outlines the principles applied in regards to team player placement each season. (in no particular order)
1. Consultation with coaches in regards to player performance
2. Attendance at grading day
3. Coaching committee observations of matches
4. Team balance (i.e a balance of talls, guards, offence and defence skills)
5. Player commitment, attendance at training and games.
6. Punctuality and positive team attitude.
PLEASE NOTE: efforts are made to ensure that players are placed in teams of similar ability.
Special requests for friendship groups, or any other concerns, may be made, and should be noted on the Registration form. While these requests will be considered, the Committee cannot guarantee that they will be met.
Ultimate decisions on where players are placed are made by the Coaching Committee.
